More bagpipe music

OK, the sheet music archive is coming along nicely. Today I took a big proofreading pass of all the tunes. Now the settings should be (mostly) correct. I have also included information on how to get started writing bagpipe music with Lilypond on the sheet music page.
I haven't grown tired of this yet, so expect more tunes to be added. I intend to have 100 tunes added within 2 weeks.
